Santa Ana, CA (September, 2006) —
GeoSpatial Technologies, Inc. (GST) joined Multi-Tech System, Inc., MN, a leading voice and data communications technology company, to demonstrate GST's latest Interoperability Tracking Solutions using Multi-tech communication modems, at a Sprint Nextel Prepared Conference in Detroit.
The Detroit Prepared Conference, hosted by Sprint Nextel Corp., is directed at Sprint Public Sector accounts, including Public Safety, Healthcare, Education, and Utilities. James Lee Witt, former FEMA director and William Pessemier, former fire chief in Littleton, CO., are two of the renowned guest speakers of the conference. "The live demonstrations of GST's Interoperability Solution has stirred quite an excitement among the conference attendees," says John Lim, CEO of GST, "our advanced technology has open APIs with major data communication protocols and CAD systems. Mobile assets that are tracked in real-time, including Nextel handsets, Blackberry handsets, thin-client PDA's, and vehicle hard-mount devices, can be viewed either on a nationwide map or local detailed street map with multiple data layers, that are important to first responders and public safety agencies."
